Congratulations to Chef Myles Anton, 2010 James Beard Award semi finalist for "Best Chef, Great Lakes".
We opened our doors at Trattoria Stella on July 6, 2004. Since that time, we have fostered relationships within the community that have guests coming back time after time to celebrate their moments in life—big and small—that we strive to make special.
We have also cultivated close relationships with local farmers and producers. Whenever possible, we get our products from these people, thereby supporting their livelihood while getting the freshest, most flavorful ingredients. We source the best raw ingredients and make nearly everything in-house: bread, desserts, pasta sauces, dressings, etc. Simply put, we don’t “open a box” for any of our recipes.
Does it take more time? Of course. But
we believe the quality of our recipes and commitment to our guests, vendors,
and community make it all worthwhile.
