As the owners of Trattoria Stella, we both were raised with a love of great food. We also have an appreciation for taking an active role in its creation and service. That’s why you’ll almost always
find one or both of us on premise, talking to
guests or working with staff. It’s a hands-on approach that we learned early on.

Originally from Chicago, Paul grew up in Birmingham, Michigan where he began an impressive career in hospitality. He has managed some of southeastern Michigan's most notable restaurants, including Sweet Loraine’s (Southfield),Big Rock Chop & Brew House(Birmingham) and D'Amato's (Royal Oak and Ann Arbor). It was at D’Amato’s where Paul first worked with Myles Anton, Trattoria Stella’s Executive Chef.
