Our deep knowledge of wine, beer and spirits starts at the top with co-owner and one of five staff sommeliers, Amanda Danielson. Amanda hand selects each wine we serve. She works closely with distributors and local vintners to obtain a selection of wines that meets her high standards. In fact, she trains our entire wait staff to know how each wine complements our recipes.

In addition to Amanda, Jon, our bar manager is a fountain of beer knowledge. And spirits are practically his second language. Together, Amanda and Jon have helped Trattoria Stella gain a reputation as one of the finest drinking establishments in the region.
